Those are Pos Malaysia's figures for its own service, not this shop's promise, and this article does not say which courier will carry your parcel.
The lesson is simple: when a shop says the Peninsula is faster, that is not an excuse. The courier's own figures separate the Peninsula from East Malaysia.
How does COD work when the parcel arrives?
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. The amount due is confirmed when we confirm your order. COD availability can vary by area and courier, so we confirm whether COD is available for your address before shipping.

What happens if the item is wrong, or you change your mind?
If an item is damaged, wrong or incomplete, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with photos and the name on the order. You can also return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened and unused. Details are in the refund policy.
If a COD parcel is refused or cannot be delivered after the order was confirmed, we may not be able to accept further COD orders from the same number. So order when you are ready to receive it.
